Agile Operator LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates agile-operator.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

Contact form submissions are retained in HubSpot for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, or as required by law. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics' standard retention policies.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at jeff@agile-operator.com. If you are located in California, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Children's Privacy

Our site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
